Our decade-long experience in recruiting employees can be attested by thousands of reviewed CVs, hundreds of interviews and dozens of satisfied businesses we have found suitable job candidates for.

We decided to translate these figures into our own success and that is how K&S PersoneelsDiensten has been set up. As an employment agency we operate in the Netherlands, mainly in Zuid Holland region including Pijnacker, Bleiswijk, Berkel en Rodenrijs. We focus mainly on the agricultural sector, but we are constantly growing also in other sectors such as processing and commerce. Other branches of industry also stand open for us, that is why we have continued to expand our portfolio.

Our Polish-Dutch duo offers a combination of experience in operating in the Polish job market, including insight in its problems and needs, with the knowledge of the Netherlands’ law, trustworthy businesses and all the formalities which need to be completed to start a legal and safe work in this country.

He graduated from the Karol Marcinkowski High School No. 1 in Poznań and continued his education in a post-secondary vocational college obtaining a diploma in tourism and recreation. He took the first steps in his career working for an employment agency, where he initially performed the simplest tasks involving comprehensive handling of administrative matters pertaining to employment and direct contacts with clients. As a result he has got to know the business inside out. The professional experience gained over the 10 years of work in the recruitment industry has allowed him to set up his own employment agency and today he is going to greet you on the doorstep of the K&S PersoneelsDiensten office.

He is a graduate of a Dutch HAVO high school and subsequently of a higher vocational college (HBO). He embarked on his professional career by starting the first job in the insurance sector, working for Delta Lloyd and then Aegon. The next step on his professional path was taking up work as a recruiter at Direct Uitzendbureau employment agency in Rotterdam. From that moment on his career speeded up and within one year he became the head of the agency’s Zoetermeer office. After another two years he moved to work for Personal Partners in Pijnacker, where he met his current associate, Kacper Budziński. In the course of their 10-year long collaboration they have been co-workers but they have also become friends. This friendship has become the starting point for their joint business.
